FIGHT THE FATIGUE FUNK…GET YOUR LIFE BACK!

Updated: Sep 24, 2022

You are probably reading this because you’ve been struggling with fatigue, lack of energy, stress and moodiness. You hate that you can no longer push yourself to do more, work longer hours, stay up later to get caught up with household chores or to go out with a friend or colleague because you’re just too tired. Is it a struggle to wake up in the morning, especially if you don’t have caffeine? Is your motto, life begins after a cup of coffee?

You’ve been living on caffeine, probably have tried various energy drinks (only to experience the low that you feel afterwards that is usually worse than how you felt before you had the energy drink) and maybe even caught word that B vitamins could possibly help. Yet, you’re not feeling how you expect to or want to. Maybe you’ve even gone to see a medical doctor and left feeling somewhat hopeless or disappointed because you weren’t helped at all or were prescribed anti-anxiety medicine. You’re not feeling anxiety, you’re feeling worn down, stretched too thin and like there’s not enough time in a day to get everything done. You’re exhausted!

Are you frustrated that you’re living like this? Is it irritating and depressing that you can’t take a vitamin or cup of coffee and get the energy you used to have, the energy you need? And to make matters worse, even though you’re very tired, you probably can’t even sleep well at night. You’d think your body would just pass out, but that’s not usually the case. And that’s even more frustrating! So you find yourself dragging through your days.

If the things you love to do have become a drain or your daily activities aren’t fun and no longer energize you, it’s time to do something about it. Don’t let another 2, 5 or 10 years go by with you barely getting through it. The longer you wait, the longer it will take you to heal, rebound and get re-energized and excited about life again. Are you ready to feel strong, healthy and energized again?
